The Archive is organised and classified in a modern format. There are a total of 2020 boxes.
The Library has 135 codices, 141incunabulum and 15,000 antique and historical volumes, mainly from canonical inheritance.
All codices are digitalised and the medieval section is also available on microfilm. Computerised cataloguing is currently in progress for the Bibliographic Heritage Collective Catalogue. (CCPB).
